Going home to Bihar

Santosh works for the management company where the Chananda Cultural Society ashram is located. He comes from faraway rural Bihar. Today we said good-bye to his two boys who have been visiting for a few months. The younger one had a serious fall from a second floor to concrete several years ago. He had to be rushed to the hospital where he needed emergency care. Friendship Homes and Schools and Chananda Cultural Society helped with the expense that would have been overwhelming for the family. As you see, the result is very good.

Highlights of a few great final days in Delhi

Flute, tabla, and slide guitar concert—the soul and the divine mother rise to the heart.
Delhi has been significantly beautified with parks and landscaping everywhere.
The trees are very happy with this new watering system from a truck. It keeps the dust off.

Poonam in one of the gardens we visited, Sunder Nursery.
We started the day by saying prayers for India at the heritage site Qutab Minar.
Finally we prayed at Birla Mandir before heading back to the ashram.

    Greetings,

Thank you for keeping us abreast of your travels…. Many lovely places to see…and I noticed that just about every picture had some Pink/ Rose shades… Nice that India( Illumination) and the U.S. (Love) constitute the Heart and Head for this planet. How can we miss to bring in the Golden Age…. just need to get China (Blue) on board and we’re “good to go!”

What lovely and beautiful children too.

    With Blessings, Linda
