How can you get a lot of attention that won’t inflate the ego?

IMG_4605Answer: walk by cows. They will always stare at you (except for that brown one who is more interested in the sea and  distant lighthouse.) We thank you, cows, for clotted cream.

As you can tell, yesterday’s weather was beautifu!.

IMG_4593All hail the Mighty Marmite (for my UK friends.) it makes you strong like a British walker…

…because you always must be prepared for more stairs.

IMG_4616At the end of stairs one is rewarded with continuing magnificence.

And with a delicious lunch at the “Hell’s Mouth Cafe.” Named after the tricky cove below it, I suppose.

Onward to Gwithian and our Georgian B&B, Nanterro Farms. It is wonderful and I would like to stay here for a week walking up and down country roads in the quiet evenings…

…and singing to the Great I AM.

Of course the sign in the recent overgrowth caused a bit of confusion since I didn’t carefully observe the arrow and instead led us uphill after a long walk. Part of the adventure anyway.

Dinner was local monkfish at the Red River Inn and a leisurely walk back. Glad to have you sharing in the joy.

Hey! we want to see a picture of the “tricky cove”. Thanks for the lovely day . . . have you been counting the stairs?

We forgot to count the stairs. I don’t have a great picture of the cove as it was hard to photograph without flying down. I’ll try to post it in the next blog.

If you are like me, you would love the food they put on it too! Plenty of butter, etc. 😋

With all those stairs your quads must ache at night. I am glad you are enjoying your walk. Our cabin sold, so it is good I did not sign up for this trip. The closing is next week and I travel there tomorrow.

Congratulations on the sale. Not much problem with the quads but then we have muscles of iron. 🏋️‍♀️
