Retreat in the Heart of Darjeeling

Tibetan prayer flags would fit right in!

imageThe mountain tops here remind me very much of Tibet. It was rather hazy today so I didn’t take too many pictures. I’ll save up for tomorrow.

Here’s a school built  in the 30s. The architecture makes me think the buildings in  Darjeeling.

    yes, I agree Vicki, the building style looks familiar to what we saw in Darjeeling.
